LogicPRINT is a powerful labeling system that automatically distributes accurate labels information (BBD, BATCH, LOT CODE, etc.) to printers for active orders, without the need for manual reconfiguration. This radically decreases human errors, reduce changeover time, and eliminates the cost of potential relabeling. The system also acts as a visual repository for label templates with the ability to map labels to SKUs. This enables visual inspection of the label being sent to the printers for a given production order.

Pallet labeling is a sensitive process in production, as all pallets should be marked with correct (e.g. BBD, BATCH code, etc.) and unique tracking data (SSCC), without negative impact on line OEE. LogicPRINT can automatically report the finished goods stacked on the pallet, once the labeling process is completed and automatically verified. The system supports the various labeling machines available on the market (it’s a labeler vendor agnostic). It also meets the G1 standard requirements.
